We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing details when you upgrade), usage data from the product (which controls you interact with, which exports you run), and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, password resets), and detect abuse. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted Postgres databases hosted in the EU/US with automated backups. We follow industry-standard practices for access control, secret management, and vulnerability patching. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe and Razorpay for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each vendor receives only the minimum data required for their function.
5. Your Rights
You can request a full export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@pixelnest.media. We will respond within 30 days.
