1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Glass Design System you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@pixelnest.media.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Studio) renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge.
4. License & Ownership
Design systems you create — including exported CSS, HTML, and Figma tokens — are yours to use commercially on Pro and Studio plans. Free exports are watermarked and intended for learning and prototyping. We retain ownership of the product itself (the editor, engine, and templates).
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use the service to build or distribute malware, infringe copyrights, harass others, or circumvent billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, secure, and useful, but we don't guarantee it will be perfect for every use. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
